Resources can be associated with actions that are carried out when given conditions are satisfied. For example, when a student uploads a document to a folder, a copy might automatically be placed in another folder.
The uploading of a document might also trigger an email alert.
The ActionService contains operations that can create, remove and execute actions.

Only authorized users are allowed to upload new attachments.
